Joseph Savino, M.D. is a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology with subspecialty training and a diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is also a World Institute of Pain fellow. He completed his internship at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio and then finished his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at Loma Linda University in Southern California.
George Johnston, D.O. is a diplomate of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty training and certification in Pain Medicine.  He completed his internship at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota.  He went on to complete his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.

David Creamer, M.D.graduated from Pacific Union College in the Napa Valley with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2000. He earned a doctorate of medicine at Loma Linda University in Southern California in 2004 and followed that up by completing a one-year ACGME-approved Internal Medicine training program at Loma Linda University. The first year of his Anesthesia Residency was undertaken at an ACGME-approved program in Harbor General Hospital, Torrance, CA - the county hospital for UCLA School of Medicine. His Anesthesia training was completed in 2008 at Loma Linda University in an ACGME-approved program. In 2009 he completed ACGME fellowship subspecialty training in Interventional Pain Management at Loma Linda University.
